Official Collegiate League Summer 2025 Invitation

 

This invitation is based on you being either ON a college roster, redshirting or injured or a HS grad with a college commitment.

 

We are inviting YOU to play with us for summer 2025.

Rosters are structured by position and geography – reserve your roster spot when you are ready. 


Each Team will contain - 3 Catchers / 3 Corner Infielders / 3 Middle Infielders / 4 Outfielders / 1 Utility player. 

2-way players are welcomed and there is no additional cost to be a 2-way player.  

We also add as many pitcher only players as we can find.

The season will run from June 9th to July 21th.
The season will consist of 20 regular season games (5 weeks) and a week of playoff or consolation games.
(weather permitting – we do our best to reschedule any rainouts)

 

The player fee for this season is:

  • Position or Two-way player - $650 up to $1050
  • Pitcher only - $250 up to $550

We offer the early registration discount so that not all players sign up at the last minute.
This gives us more time to prepare for the season.

 

Player fee discounts are available:

 

Position or 2-way players fees are:

  • $650 if paid in full by October 15 prior to the season          - Save $400
  • $750 if paid by Feb 1 prior to the season                               - Save $300
  • $850 if paid by April 15 prior to the season                            - Save $200
  • $950 if paid by June 1                                                                  - Save $100
  • $1050 if paid by opening day

 

Pitcher Only players player fees are:

  • $250 when paid in full by Dec 15                                              - Save $50
  • $300 when paid in full by opening day

Jerseys & Caps:

  • All players will need a jersey top and cap.  The cost of these items is $90.  The jersey and cap fee will be added to your first invoice.
  • All players will be emailed an invoice for whatever payment option you choose. 

Payment types:

You can click through to pay with any CC/Debit card, ACH, Afterpay, Venmo or Zelle.  

 

Your player fee covers all game fees.  It does not include any housing or travel fees. 
The league does not offer any housing in any of the markets where we play.

All player fees are due prior to June 7, 2025.

 

Payment plans and financing are also available:

  • We offer AFTER PAY as an option if you need financing.
  • You may set up any payment plan that works for you – as long as the last payment – completing your player fee is done by June 3, 2024.

Your roster spot is reserved once your full payment is received.
We will fill up all roster spots again in 2025.

Refund policy:

  • Refunds are issued to players that have sent in their player fee payment(s).
    • If a player decides to back out for any reason or injury BEFORE May 15, 2025, a refund is offered LESS a $350 logistical processing fee.
    • If a player decides to back out for any reason or injury AFTER May 15, 2025 a full credit in the amount of any fees paid for a future season is offered to the player.
