Player Registration

Please fill out the form completely.
We will review your form and will verify that you are on a college roster or committed to a college for the fall season (if you are a HS Senior).

• No tryouts are necessary
• No money is due at this time

This is a three step process:

1. Fill out the player registration form below
2. Review the official player invitation that will be provided to you upon completion of your registration form. 
   1. This official invitation will appear in the confirmation message once you complete your form - it will also be emailed to you.
3. There will be a link in your invitation so you can ACCEPT your invitation. 
   1. Fill out the brief form on that page indicating your acceptance of the official player invitation to play with us this summer.

If you are approved to play, we will email you confirmation of your acceptance into the league and we will email an invoice for you to pay your league fees through.

Teams will be filled on a first paid basis.
