PCCL is starting a new UNCOMMITTED division under each of the Collegiate Summer Leagues.

The UNCOMMITTED division is for High School aged players that are wanting a better summer experience.  Those players that do not have their commitment to play in the Collegiate Summer League - can sign up and play with the PCCL in our UNCOMMITTED division.

The purpose of this division is to have quality players being coached and seen by college coaches - thus improving their odds of being seen and finding a good fit at the college level.

If players in the UNCOMMITTED Division create their offer and commitment to a college, they can be moved up to the regular collegiate summer league teams - as long as we have roster space for them.
